Description

Both 5 speed and 6 speed Allison Transmissions are controlled by a separate Transmission Control Module which defines the operation of the trans including shift speed control and also torque and RPM limiting. Through custom tuning these TCM we can achieve custom shift points with respect to vehicle speed and throttle position, as well as WOT shift points and RPM limits. In some applications including 4wd we can also set up the proper OS to work directly with either manual shift T-case or one of our custom standalone T-case controller harnesses.

We do sell AutoCal programmers that enable you to flash your ECM or TCM with the files we build for you.

Tuning Policy

In order to power your project with a Duramax Diesel, it is important to upgrade the drivetrain components to handle the massive power and torque generated. Similarly our wiring harnesses and electrical systems facilitate a clean trouble free install. Potentially the most important piece of the puzzle is a having the proper ECM calibration to not only work with your specific application (trans type, emissions equipment, intake/exhaust) but also with the goals of your vehicle (race, show, tow, marine). This is where our nearly 2 decades of Duramax experience comes in.

Non-emission compliant. Intended for off-highway competition use only. This is not intended for dual use. We do not support late model integrations, only swaps into vehicles prior to 1998. We will not provide tuning in your registered, factory vehicle with any types of deletes or non emissions compliant tuning. For your swaps it's up to you to research the guidelines of your location to ensure compliance for your classic, swapped vehicle

All of our custom ECM and TCM calibrations are created in house using the latest EFILive software and hardware. We can support any power level depending on the supporting mods of your engine from stock to 1000+ HP twin turbo custom built engines.

*All custom Calibrations require a completed tune request form including customer contact information so that we can ensure we get it tailored specifically for your application.
