Description
LB7 Stealth 64G2 Turbo
Supports up to 640RWHP! The only stock appearing, liquid cooled, 360 degree thrust drop-in style LB7 turbo on the market today!
It’s still a direct drop-in, bolt-on stock appearing replacement but with features you won’t find anywhere else. The LB7 Stealth 64G2 improves power, towing potential and overall performance though the use of a custom designed high flow turbine assembly and 7075 billet compressor wheel. We do all this in a liquid cooled package protected by 360 degree thrust bearings.
The larger turbine assembly allows for lower drive pressure, creating a better balance between boost and drive (exhaust back pressure). This improved balance under heavy load means more efficiency and power at a given boost number, resulting in lower EGTs under heavy load. Overall peak power is also improved, where the LB7 Stealth 64 would normally support 600-610 HP, the LB7 Stealth 64G2 now pushes the envelope to 640HP. You’re not going to find all of these features anywhere else in the aftermarket in a truly stock appearing, bolt-in IHI turbocharger.
LB7 Stealth 67G2 Turbo
Supports up to 800HP! If you think street-able, clean, stealthy power is cool than this is the turbo for you!
This custom 67.7mm Tcompressor is milled out of high strength 7075 Aluminum. It’s TCT design is specifically designed to maximize peak power. With a unique, OEM appearing, anti-surge ring thats sleeved into the factory IHI compressor cover. The LB7 Stealth 67G2 center section is fitted with a 360 degree thrust bearing and features liquid cooling to increase reliability and minimize thrust wear during competition use.
The turbine side innovation rivals the compressor side. Our turbine dwarfs the factory turbine in every way. The turbine scrolls allows much higher flow, accommodating the monster turbine wheel. The LB7 Stealth 67G2 features the largest turbine available in an IHI (stock LB7 turbo) frame. Increasing turbine size dramatically reduces drive pressure under heavy load helping you achieve nearly a 1:1 drive to boost ratio under most operating conditions. Controlling drive pressure helps make more power and significantly lowers EGT’s.
LLY, LBZ, LMM Stealth 64 Turbo
Supports up to 650RWHP! Easy Install, Snappy Response, EGT control and Turbine braking
The stock VVT turbocharger runs out of air at about 530rwhp. It has trouble controlling EGTs on extended pulls past 400HP. The Stealth 64 VVT extends the useful power curve of the engine out another 120HP to 650rwhp. Furthermore, the Stealth 64 VVT is much better at controlling exhaust gas temperatures under sustained load when towing up long grades at high power. This is accomplished through the use of a specially designed billet compressor wheel which is matched to a higher flowing turbine assembly. This match represents the best balance between quick spool-up response for drivability and overall compressor flow for peak power for truck owners looking to make 650rwhp.
The Stealth 64 VVT is an easy to install upgrade that spools up quickly, controls EGT’s under heavy load, allows to turbine braking during towing scenarios, and kicks ass when leaned on.
LLY, LBZ, LMM VVT Stealth 67G2 Turbo
Supports up to 800HP! If you think street-able, clean, stealthy power is cool than this is the turbo for you!
This custom 67mm compressor is milled out of high strength 7075 Aluminum. Its TCT design is engineered to maximize peak power. To fit that wheel we developed a unique, OEM appearing, anti-surge equipped compressor cover. Redesigning the compressor to maximize power and drivability meant pouring over every detail from MWE groove width and placement to diffuser clearance and shape.
The VVT Stealth 67G2 center section is fitted with a 360 degree thrust bearing and features liquid cooling to increase reliability and minimize thrust wear during competition use.
The turbine side innovation rivals the compressor side. Our turbine dwarfs the factory turbine and the Garrett 4094VA in every way. The turbine inducer is taller, allowing much higher flowing vanes which are actuated our matched unison ring. The VVT Stealth 67G2 features the largest turbine and vanes available in the this frame. Increasing turbine size dramatically reduces drive pressure under heavy load, helping you achieve nearly a 1:1 drive to boost ratio under most operating conditions. Controlling drive pressure helps make more power and significantly lowers EGT’s.
LML Stealth 64 Turbo
Drop-in Turbocharger for your 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML is a must have upgrade!
It’s called the Stealth 64 for a reason. Like its namesake bomber – the Stealth goes completely unnoticed until it’s too late. The Stealth replaces the stock turbocharger, bolt–for–bolt, literally drops in place. But that’s where the similarities of this stock appearing turbocharger end.
The 64mm compressor wheel maintains stock driveability and spool-up while being capabale of 620 RWHP! Once you need the extra power, the Stealth 64 delivers a real, seat–of–the–pants experience. Along with driveability and power, the Stealth 64 helps maintain lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGT’s) at high load. If you’re looking to upgrade or replace your stock turbocharger, the Stealth 64 LML offers the best balance between power and driveability in a drop–in, stock–appearing turbocharger.
